Place your order online and Collect it same day from your nearest store!

We’re excited to provide a free same day Click & Collect service for Printer Ink and Toners that are in stock in your chosen store! Simply purchase your product online and we will advise if your product is available for collection at your selected store within 1 business hours, subject to product availability in your store of choice.

New: Contactless Click & Collect The following alternative Click and Collect collection options are now available on request: Front of store collection. "OR" Loading bay/parcel pick up bay collection at the store. "OR" Just park your car In shopping centre and request our INKEE to bring it your car. If you would prefer one of these options, please contact your local store once you have received your order confirmation email.

Collecting your order Click & Collect parcels will need to be signed for at the store you nominated for pick-up. Simply use the email copy on your phone as proof of purchase for collection. If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, he or she will require photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

How long will the store hold my Click & Collect order?

Once your order is ready for collection and you've been notified, the store can hold your order for 5 days.

What if a store is unable to fulfil my order?

In the unfortunate event a store is unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified within the 2 hour time frame and an alternative store will be provided by our customer care team. You will have the option to collect from another store or our warehouse will ship the order to your address.

Can I split my order to Collect from Store and Delivery?

We are unable to split the order to Click & Collect and delivery, however you can place separate orders if you require 2 separate fulfillments options

To collect your order from store, please provide the following: # Copy of the email with your Click & Collect order number on phone or printed copy.

When will my Click & Collect order be ready for collection?

At inkcart we take pride in offering excellence in customer service and will Endeavour to have your order ready for collection within 1 hours. During peak periods, processing times may vary. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection.
