✅ Garden Hose Reel Warranty

Our garden hose reels come with:

• 2-year product warranty, and

• 2-year installation warranty (only if installed by us).

• Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

✅ Clothesline Warranty

Clotheslines include a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand (from 20 years to lifetime).

Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty card or packaging for full details.

• 1 year warranty on installation and workmanship.

Covers plastic components, cords, fasteners and structural defects.

√ Conditions

Warranty is valid only when:

• The issue is due to manufacturing defects or faulty materials (not misuse or wear and tear).

• The product has not been altered, incorrectly installed or misused.

• Proof of purchase (invoice) and customer details are provided.

• Any issues are reported promptly along with photos.

❌ Not Covered

• Damage caused by incorrect installation by third parties.

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or modification.

• Surface deterioration (e.g. powder coating) due to coastal or extreme weather exposure.

• Freight, postage, removal, re-installation, or labour costs.

• Clothesline cord is only covered for 12 months from installation.

• Change of mind after installation or colour preference is not covered.

• Report any malfunction immediately to prevent further damage.
