Returns, Refunds & Installation Policy

At Inkcart Pty Ltd, we supply and install retractable garden hose reels across Melbourne and Victoria. We are committed to providing quality products and professional installation services.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy for eligible products that have not been installed or used and are returned in their original condition with all supplied accessories.

Customers are responsible for reasonable return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before returning any product to obtain approval and return instructions.

2. Products Already Installed

As our garden hose reels are supplied with installation, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds for products that have already been installed, unless agreed by Inkcart or required under Australian Consumer Law.

We encourage customers to confirm their preferred hose length, product selection and installation location before installation begins.

3. Faulty Products & Installation Issues

If a product is faulty, does not match its description, or an installation has not been carried out with due care and skill, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund or another legally required remedy.

4. Australian Consumer Law & Warranty

All products and installation services supplied by Inkcart are covered by applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Your legal rights are not limited by this policy or by any manufacturer’s warranty.

Where a product or installation service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy even after installation or the expiry of a manufacturer’s warranty.

5. How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

Please contact Inkcart through our website and provide your order number, proof of purchase and details of your request. Photos or videos may help us assess the issue.

We will review your request and advise you of the next steps.
